Itinerary of the Morocco Private Tour from Casablanca

    Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

On the first day of your Morocco Private Tour from Casablanca, we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Casablanca is Morocco’s economic and cultural hub, as well as its largest city. Depending on your arrival time, we will go to the Hassan I mosque, Morocco’s largest mosque, which is located on the city’s west coast.

We travel down the coast to Rabat, Morocco’s present capital and one of the imperial cities. You will see the highlights of Morocco’s capital. Among these are the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of Oudaya.

Then, we travel north through Ouazzane to the Rif Mountains’ Blue City of Chefchaouen where you will have dinner and stay for the night.

    Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, you will go for the ancient Roman remains of Volubilis. Your morning will be spent touring the 2000-year-old ruins and gaining a sense of life during the Roman Empire.

Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, is where you’ll have lunch. Afterward, your guide will take you on a tour of Meknes before transporting you to Fes, Morocco’s cultural and spiritual center. Your hotel in Fes will provide dinner.

Day 3: A tour of Fes

After breakfast, today’s excursion will take you to Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural hub. Our adventure will begin with a visit to Fez’s ancient medina, one of the world’s oldest living Medinas.

We shall witness the Royal Palace’s gateway, the 9th-century Qaraouine University, the world’s first university, the mausoleum of the city’s founder, Moulay Driss, and the 11th-century Chouara Tannery while still meandering through the medina’s narrow lanes.

After that, we’ll depart the ancient Medina to see the Najjarine Fountain and the Batha Museum, which has numerous Moroccan and Islamic historical paintings and masterpieces. We’ll take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city on our journey back to the hotel.

    Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Merzouga

After an early breakfast, you will begin your walk into the Middle Atlas Mountains. You’ll spend the most of the day making your way through lush woodlands, jagged rock walls, and Berber towns as you cross through the Atlas Mountains and begin your descend into the Sahara Desert.

You’ll stop for lunch halfway through in Midelt, a town noted for its fossils and rocks. After a long journey, a hot shower or a dip in the pool (depending on the weather) will be a pleasant respite. Dinner will be served at the Kasbah.

    Day 5: Merzouga

We will wake you up early in the morning so that you do not miss the spectacular sunset. Then, we’ll ride camels to see more of the desert’s natural beauty.

We will bring everything we need to prepare and eat our lunch as if we were nomads. We’ll spend the entire day exploring the desert before returning to the bivouac for dinner and the night.

    Day 6: Merzouga – Dades

We will ride the camels back to the hotel in the morning, where you will have breakfast and take a shower. As you prepare, we will depart from the hotel for the Toudra gorges, a series of limestone river canyons.

You will have ample free time in this spectacular location to explore its nooks and appreciate its uniqueness. After lunch in the gorge, we will travel to Dades Gorges through Boumalen Dades, a lovely tiny Berber settlement. We’ll stop at several points along the trip to admire the scenery and take commemorative photos. The night will be spent at the Dades Gorges.

    Day 7: Dades – Ouarzazate

On this Morocco Private Tour from Casablanca, we’ll proceed on an exploring excursion into the Dades Gorges after breakfast. Then, we’ll stroll back to the hotel to continue our journey to Ouarzazate, Africa’s Hollywood. Along the trip, we’ll stop at various nomadic families’ tents to have a cup of tea and learn about their traditions and customs.

Following that, we’ll head to Kallet Megouna, which is well-known for its yearly Rose Festival. We may also take a break in this lovely city to get some natural lotions and other rose goods if you choose. The Kasbah of Amredil in Skoura will be our next visit. We’ll continue on to our last destination, Ouarzazate, where we’ll spend the night.

    Day 8: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will go to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a walled town and World Heritage site. This Kasbah is well-known for serving as the backdrop for several worldwide films, including Kingdom of Heaven, Gladiator, and others.

We will go to Telouet after seeing the Kasbah to see another historic Kasbah known as the Kasbah of “Basha Glaoui Ethami,” the Pasha of Marrakesh. We will arrive in the red city of Marrakech late in the evening, where you will spend the night in a hotel/Riad.

Day 9: A guided tour of Marrakech

This is a day excursion to Marrakech, regarded as the “Pearl of the South” for its fascinating history and rich cultural legacy. The Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, the city’s highest structure, the Bahia Palace, and Majorelle Gardens are all worth seeing.

You will go to the souks as well as the world-famous Djemaa El Fna, which has a wide selection of entertainment (storytellers, water vendors, acrobats, snake-charmers, magicians, musicians, orange-juice sellers, open-air BBQ food stalls). Optional Fantasia supper at a local restaurant.

Take in the fantasia entertainment, which includes horse shows, folkloric armies from several Moroccan regions, and belly dancers.

    Day 10: Marrakech – Casablanca

In the early morning, we will head to Casablanca to catch your flight. That ends our Morocco Private Tour from Casablanca.
